Lenovo ThinkPads a very popular choice of businesses when it comes to laptops, Thinkpads are notorious for being very compact, powerful and insanely durable. Recently Lenovo has unveiled its new ThinkPad W700, a 17-inch widescreen mobile workstation, a considerably big change from Lenovo’s line of ultra-portable laptops.
The ThinkPad W700 powerhouse laptop that is aimed for the professionals in digital content creation, computer-aided design and manufacturing, digital photography and science fields.
This “mobile workstation” will be configured Intel’s latest and faster Penryn-based mobile processors and can be equipped with up to 8GB of DDR3 memory. With the larger frame the ThinkPad W700′s allows it not only to feature the traditional Trackpoint + touchpad, but also an optional built-in WACOM tablet for the graphic artists.
