Looking like a blend between a iPhone and a Sidekick, the HTC G1, Google’s Android-powered smartphone is finally released on the T-Mobile. With Android OS you will be able to use various online Google Applications, including Gmail (with push support), YouTube, Google Talk, Google Maps with Street View. Planned for later on, Google’s own Android marketplace will be open for third-party applications. The Google phone sports a 3.2-inch 65k color HVGA screen that boasts a resolution of 480X320 with touchscreen capability, QWERTY keyboard, quad-band GSM/EDGE and dual-band UMTS support. GPS, Wi-Fi and built-in accelerometer, 1.3 megapixel camera.
