Samsung 3D Monitor and NVIDIA 3D Glasses

Samsung has introduced a new 22-inch LCD monitor the 2233RZ that features a white LED backlight instead of the fluorescent one. This produces better color results and better contrast at an extremely high 2,000,000:1 ratio. The monitor also has 2milisecond gray-to-gray response, and resolutions up to 1080p. Most noteworthy is that the 2233RZ is a 3D monitor, compatible with NVIDIA’s new GeForce 3D Vision card. The 3D effects are created when users set the monitor to the right setting with a shortcut, and wear stereoscopic glasses. The display is available for about $399 and the NVDIA glasses are about $199.
