Today Gateway has launched a new notebook range in the TC series. The 14-inch system has the similar upscale design and styling of the MC series but is significantly smaller and lighter at 5.3 pounds. The TC series also becomes one of the least expensive full-size notebooks to include an LED-backlit display, 16:9 ratio and 1366×768 resolution (same as the MC), perfect for watching movies. Available black or burgundy lid colors the TC series start at $650 that includes a 2GHz Pentium dual-core, 4GB of memory, a 320GB hard drive and GMA X4500 integrated video.
