
Philips has revamped its GoGear media players with the Ariaz, it has higher-end features such as the Philips FullSound audio engine. This technology improves the frequencies and sound stage of compressed files, along with a set of noise-reducing headphones drive focus to by focusing attention on the music.
The player also has a control scheme like the Philips Tapster which uses touch-sensitive controls. Other features include an FM radio, support for MP3/WMA audio as well as MPEG-4 video. Its available in 4GB, 8GB and 16GB storage capacities and will be priced around $100, $126 and $164 respectively.
