LED backlit monitors are gaining popularity simply because LED screens provide for a thinner design. AOC’s new ultra-thin V22 Verfino monitor has a very stylish and glossy 22 inch screen that features 100,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, a brightness of 280cd/m2, 2ms ultra-fast response time, HDMI input and a max resolution of 1680×1050. The monitor should be ready in early 2009.
Logitech G13 Gaming Pad

Logitech has announced its upcoming release of its G13 Advanced Gameboard. This controller is meant to be used in conjunction with your existing keyboard and mouse. The G13 features three game modes, 25 programmable keys and hundreds of color options for the backlit keys. Users can set up the G13’s buttons to perform custom functions for each of their games, with pre-configured settings for many popular titles including World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade, Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar and Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. The Logitech G13 is priced at about $80 and will be available in US and Europe later this month.
Nokia N97
Nokia has recently revealed thier flagship mobile device the Nokia N97, referring to it as the “world’s most advanced mobile computer”. The N97 features a tilting 3.5″ touchscreen display along with a QWERTY keypad. With support up to a huge 48GB of storage space and connectivity includes WiFi and Bluetooth. For media, the N97 sports a 5MP digital camera with a Carl Zeiss lens capable of 30 frames-per-second video. What’s really neat is that the home screen on the Nokia N97 allows users to personalize it to show widgetized web elements like Facebook news feeds. Overall, a top-notch phone with a lot of powerful features.
Porsche Panamera Four Door Sports Car

What you see here is the official new Porsche Panamera, the first four-door sports car by Porsche. This car will rival the Mercedes-Benz CLS, the Audi A7, the BMW CS concept and the Aston Martin Rapide. However, the main feature of the Porsche Panamera is not its four doors, but its powerplant, with engines ranging from 300hp up to over 600hp on the high-end Turbo S version. These four-door speed demons will be available starting in 2009.
Cowon S9 Curve Media Player Available in US
Cowon has announced its S9 Curve media player will be available in the US in December. The Korean company’s S9 Curve is a direct rival to the iPod touch and the S9 Curve features a very a rare, 3.3-inch AMOLED touchscreen which produces more vivid colors than LCDs and significantly boosts the battery life to 40 hours of music. The S9 Curve also includes an accelerometer that rotates images into landscape views. While it sports a Bluetooth for wireless audio. Most likely the S9 Curve will come with an 8GB and 16 GB capacity, prices are yet to be released.

Motorola has jumped into the expanding field of “message” centric phones with the Motorola Hint QA30. The handset has wide-aspect screen that helps accommodate a full QWERTY keyboard. Instead of having a full range of mobile apps, the Hint is designed for social networking via e-mail, SMS text and text-focused social sites such as Facebook. It is also is capable of media playback device with a 8GB or more of storage and full 3.5mm headphone jack, to make listening to music as simple as possible.

AOC has introduced a new 19 inch LCD monitor that is actually quite affordable priced at only $159.99. However, its low price does not compromise its quality, the AOC F-19 has performance features such as a 10,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 5-millisecond response time, 16:9 aspect ratio, and a black piano finish. Not to mention its compatible with either a Mac or PC.

HP Touchsmart TX2 Laptop

HP is the first PC maker to have a multi-touch display in a home-focused laptop with the TouchSmart tx2. Similar to the tx2500 series convertible tablets, the new model now accepts two-finger gestures to pinch, rotate and control media both in the MediaSmart front-end) and in general applications like the Office suite. Users can drag objects or flick to scroll quickly, while still having the option of a stylus for more precise actions such as handwriting. The exterior also features a new black “Reaction” imprint. While the interior focuses on . a 2GHz Athlon X2 dual-core processor up to a 2.4GHz Turion X2, with up to 8GB of DDR2 memory and options for 400GB or 500GB hard drives.
